Return Policy

Contact and request a Return Authorization number. Ensure the return authorization number is included with your return. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Exchanges, swaps, or returns for credit will not be handled unless we receive the request for an RA within 15 days after you receive the merchandise.

  • NO cash refunds will be authorized. A store credit memo will be issued against merchandise purchases only.
  • NO refunds or exchanges will be authorized after 15 days of the receipt date reported by UPS.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be authorized for discontinued items.
  • All refused/returned shipments will result in a 25% restocking or reshipping charge plus freight costs incurred.

    Any cancellation after 72 hours of order will result in a 15% restocking fee.


    Seats are special order items and sales are final. We will consider exchanging for size if seat is in new condition with no installation or tool marks.


    Absolutely no exchanges or refunds on electrical parts or products.


    Only like new products with no tooling/installation marks will be considered for exchange.

  • Shipping

    • Costs - We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Be sure to hit the recalculate button after entering your shipping info on the first cart page to get the correct shipping cost. If you think there is an error please let us know. We may adjust the shipping costs down without contacting you, but we will never adjust upwards without your permission.
    • Continental US - Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Holiday shipping times may vary. We pay increased cost of expediting shipping during these periods.
    • APO-FPO Addresses - Order will be shipped via US Postal Service to the appropriate FPO or APO. Please allow additional time for delivery (3-5 weeks).
    • International - All orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Parcel Post - Airmail only. Please allow additional time for customs and delivery through your local mail service.
    • Seats and Custom Orders - Certain Seats and custom made items may take additional time for manufacture and delivery. Please allow at least 30 days for delivery of these items unless a more specific delivery date is provided.


    • Secure server technology is used on our site. If you have problems using our secure server please let us know.
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Paypal and online checks. You may also mail us your check, but this will delay your order. Using your Visa or Mastercard is safe on our system. The credit card company usually protects you against loss over $50. Please check with your credit card company for details. Saftek Inc is the parent company for, your credit card invoice will indicate Saftek Inc.
    • We cannot ship to any address other than the credit card billing address without verification.
    • We prosecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law.


    • We do not sell or share any information concerning your accounts with any other entity.
